1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hyegro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including trial users.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when registering. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using Hyegro. Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Hyegro for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Hyegro. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hyegro's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
